FAQ
What kind of materials do you print on?
Any material that can be made flat can be printed on. Paper, apparel, fabric, canvas, metal, wood, plexi, the list goes on.
What kind of ink do you use?
We typically use Aerotex water-based ink and/or Union Plastisol on Apparel and TW Graphics Ink for Paper. If you need a specific Pantone color we charge +/- $20 per color depending on the # of colors to be matched and the size of production run. Please visit our ink and paper page for more details.
What kind of shirts can I use for my project? What kind of apparel can you order for me?
You are welcome to provide your own shirts or apparel but if you prefer BPL to order shirts/apparel for your project, we can get you started. Please note that if you provide your own apparel, we are not responsible for any misprints or shortage of the run, since we cannot replace the garment ourselves. Please allow for some overage if possible. If you are unsure of the apparel you’d like to use you’re welcome to consult with us and we will do our best to advise you.
What is the minimum amount of material I can print on/order? Can I print/order one shirt?
If you would like to print under 36 pieces, then this will be considered at a sampling rate. Please refer to the rates above for a basic one-color print on apparel or paper.
Do you print oversized materials or yardage?
We do not print yardage, but we are capable of printing large scale/oversized prints. Please visit the custom quote form and submit a request to review. This kind of project usually requires a custom quote to figure out the details.
How long will it take to print/what is the turnaround time for my order?
Typical turnaround time to process a production order is 10-14 business days (from approval of quote provided and 50% deposit) A rush fee of 25-300% of the service subtotal may be applied to any order requested in less than 10 business days from date of approved quote. This percentage is dependent on the requested timeline and relative quantities. Turnaround time is subject to extension should Client order Apparel/Textile that is OUT of stock.
How do you charge for reorders?
We will keep your film on file for 6 months. We charge 50 % off the preparation of screens *under 30 x 40 inches* if reorders are placed within 6 months.
